It started like any modern love story: a Tinder match! After chatting for a couple of weeks, we decided to meet for a quick drink to see where things would go. That quick drink turned into five hours of talking and laughing like we'd known each other our whole lives. We both knew this was the start of something special! They say when you know, you know, and we did! After our first date, Emily told her best friend she had just met the man she was going to marry! We still celebrate every April 17th because if it wasn't for that night at the bar we wouldn't be here today!

After that first date we were inseparable. It may have been less than two weeks, but we were smitten with each other and quickly falling in love. It only took us 12 days to go from first date to publicly in a relationship.

At the bottom of a gift bag on Emily's 30th birthday, our 7th anniversary, was the most beautiful ring. With seven diamonds on each side of the band to represent our first seven years, it was perfect. In true Emily fashion, Evan didn't even have time to ask the big question before he got a big "Yes!"
